Story & space 叙事与场域
Guests move through choreographed courses while the room responds—projection, lighting, and spatial audio align with each dish so flavor, history, and place read as one continuous story.
Built for cultural destinations and premium hospitality, the format scales from intimate tables to multi-room runs while keeping technical operations discreet for staff and comfortable for audiences.
Commissioned by Trip.com Group, Taste of China opened in Shanghai in August 2025 as a 500 m² restaurant-and-theater. The immersive dining series is designed to drive inbound-tourism spending among overseas guests and carry Chinese culture abroad—part of Trip.com's strategic shift toward immersive experiences. The build integrates experience, service, space, and brand design with story, menu-and-dish design, live performance, and derivative packaging.
